It is the dawn of a new season and a new era at Legends Lane !
We are back among the “ big boys “ and we need full support from our loyal fan base !
We have the likes of Southend , Norwich and Chelmsford calling this year and first up on Sat 10 Sept are our old friends from Brentwood
The friendly rivalry between these two clubs goes back to the 60s when Les Denwood and Len Grindal both left to teach at Brentwood…. We have made great friends off the pitch and had some right ding dongs on it
The players are more than aware that we owe them one for the record defeat there last time ( 2 tries down before I packed my banjo into the car from lunch ! ) and Baz and the boys will be more than ready to exact revenge
So put this date in your diary and get your self and pals and girl chums up for lunch
